The association for science education:

The ASE is the professional association for teachers of science. It was formed in 1963 by the merger of the Science Master's Association and the Association of Women Science Teachers. ASE can trace its origins back to 1900 with a letter written by four science masters from Eton College proposing a conference for Science Masters in Public Schools. Interestingly, one of the issues raised in the letter - as now - was "the attainment of at least some clearer method of the teaching of Natural Science than exists at present, and …. by taking united action, do something towards emphasising the value of Science as a means of education".

If you create an e-zam you can edit it as it is yours, but what if you like something someone else has created yet it isn't exactly how you want it?

Now you can copy other peoples e-zams and make them your own, edit and modify them to create something new!

This is part of our web2.0 motto 'e-learning 2 shared' we want e-zam to become the best education resource possible and this will only happen if people share their content!

Now that e-zam is online we are looking for responsible people to help create new e-zam content.

This can in the form on lesson plans, test papers, revision papers etc.

Just login and go to 'my e-zam' then select 'create e-zam'. You don't have to do it all in one go you can opt not to publish your e-zam until it's ready and edit it at a later date.

Once you publish your e-zam it will go online for others to use.

Web 2.0 is a term describing the trend in the use of World Wide Web technology and web design that aims to enhance creativity, information sharing, and, most notably, collaboration among users.

New in eZam is the ability to embed your eZams in your own web site. This helps navigation and give you a powerful teaching tool that you can use and distribute!

Once you have published your eZam you will be presented with the HTML code necessary to embed your own eZam.

e-zam is a free online exam / e-learning sharing network. Create your own e-learning exercises, exams, tests, e-homework, school projects etc. and then share them! Your students can log-in and participate in e-learning exercises or formal exams that you have created, you can then monitor their progress on-line and even give automated results or marks. All created content is free for others to share and use creating a valuable e-learning / exam resource.
